Location: Mainly three districts in Punjab; and seven public hospitals in KP province… Activities: Contextualized diabetes-hypertension care intervention piloted, in partnership with the Directorate General Health Service Punjab, at 14 public health facilities in Sargodha district (Punjab). Contextualized hypertension-diabetes care intervention piloted, in partnership with the Directorate General Health Service Punjab, at 26 private health facilities in three selected districts of Punjab. Contextualized chronic lung health care intervention piloted, in partnership with the Directorate General Health Service Punjab, at 30 public health facilities in three selected districts of Punjab. Contextualized Hepatitis C (and B) case management intervention piloted at seven selected public hospitals in KP province. Contextualized Hepatitis B vaccination of health workers and newborns at public health facilities. Outputs: Experience and evidence has led to province-wide scaling of diabetes-hypertension, chronic lung health care, and hepatitis B vaccination in Punjab. The hepatitis C (&B) case management intervention is also being considered for scaling in KP and other provinces in Pakistan.
